The Target Health program at St. Elizabeth provides free health screenings, health and wellness education, personal health coaching, and onsite programming to help you make healthy changes in your lifestyle. The Target Health program walks you through the steps of identifying your specific health risks, taking aim to improve personal health risk factors, and taking action to reduce your risks and improve your overall health and well being. As you take steps to improve your health through the Target Health program, you will also be earning points towards valuable incentive prizes.
