Please keep in mind that your bill covers services provided by the hospital. You may receive separate bills directly from your personal physician, surgeon, anesthesiologist, pathologist, radiologist or other physician consultants.
If you have recently changed insurance companies or if your address has changed, please be sure to notify Patient Accounts.
There are a variety of ways to pay for services at St. Elizabeth.
St. Elizabeth Medical Center accepts payments in the form of check or money order. As a convenience, we will also accept payment by credit card. We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express.
You can pay your hospital bill over the internet by credit card or check. Just click on the “Make a Payment” link at the top of the St Elizabeth web site page to access the internet payment site.
Patients who meet certain income and eligibility requirements may qualify for financial assistance under federal, state, or hospital sponsored programs. If you are having difficulty paying your hospital bills, please call (859) 292-4100 for further information regarding these financial assistance programs and other payment options.
