Meals
Daily pre-selected menus are planned for your enjoyment and nourishment. You may view the menus on TV Channels 29 at the South Unit; Channel 2 at the North Unit; or call Nutrition Services at (859) 301-2185.

Telephones
Telephones are available in all patient rooms, except for the Behavioral Health Unit. You can receive incoming calls between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. Outgoing calls can be made around the clock.

Television
Television sets are provided in each patient room (Behavioral Health Units have community TV's). Patients in semi-private rooms share a television.

Free Wireless Internet Available at South Campus
Free Wireless Internet access is available throughout St. Elizabeth South in Edgewood so that patients, families, physicians and staff can connect to the Internet while in the facility. Computers are not provided by the hospital, but patients or guests who bring their own laptop computer or handheld device can connect to the Internet free of charge.

Patient Safety
St. Elizabeth strives to ensure your safety and the safety of your visitors and our associates. All associates have been trained in accordance with safety and fire prevention programs.

Flowers and Mail
Volunteers deliver any floral arrangements and mail sent to the medical center for you during your hospital stay. When you are discharged, your mail will be forwarded to your home address and floral arrangements will not be accepted. If you need assistance, the volunteer will help you read any cards or letters. In addition, the volunteers will take your outgoing mail and make certain it is mailed. USPS mailboxes are available in the main lobbies for your convenience.
